Ingredients are organic, non-gmo, and local whenever possible. Pyrite Sun pie crusts are deliciously gluten-free and handmade with organic, grass-fed sweet cream butter and Midwestern organic gin. We incorporate almond or hazelnut meal and coconut flour, as well, to create a richer flavor and higher nutritional value. Crusts can be made without nuts to accommodate allergies. Vegan crusts are also available upon request.
